Christmas Eve at the Restaurant of Hotel Crowne.. alone for dinner..
The cook was from Hongkong and very much friendly.
Oriental style Lobster Tails were very good.

Eating alone meant that I had nothing but focus only on the taste of the dishes..
Butter fried Banana with cinamon powder was delicious as a desert.

I spotted a group of girls dancing really cute. I even thought their body sturcture had just customized for the dnacing.. :p

It's really awsome just to watch the floor full of people daincing with passion and energy with the rythm.

fresh bread and butter, orange juice, fruits, two sunny-side-ups,
and steamed rice with black beans.. and Nicaraguan coffee..
breathing the green smell of the tall tropical trees
hearing morning birds singing.. in the totally open space..
then smoking afterwards..

It was much fancier than any other fabulous breakfasts in 5 star hotels in any well-developed countries..
